Nick Rado is a Māori/Croatian multi-award winning writer, MC and stand-up comedian, hailed as one of the funniest comedians in New Zealand. With a career spanning over 17 years, He can also be heard every Saturday morning on his Nationwide breakfast show 'The Sporting Rumble' on The Rock, Nick has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry, with an impressive list of accolades and achievements.

Nick achieved a significant milestone in his career as the first kiwi comic to record a US comedy special for Drybar, which has over 7.7 million followers. His debut album, On-Trend, made it to number 4 on all albums sold on iTunes, and can be heard across America on SiriusXM's Laugh USA.

Nick's stand-up comedy skills are exceptional, as demonstrated by his performances at the Sydney Opera House for the prestigious Just for Laughs Sydney showcase, and opening for renowned comedians such as Rob Brydon, Aziz Ansari, and Russell Howard on their nationwide tours. Nick is also the only comedian to win the NZ Comedy Guild Award for 'Best Comedy MC' six times, and in 2019, he was named the 'Best Male Comedian' at the NZ Comedy Guild Awards.

Nick is the host of two award-winning podcasts, 'Socrates Walks into a Bar' and 'Sporting Rumble,' both were Gold Winners for Best Comedy and Best Sports Podcast respectively at the NZ Podcast Awards 2022.

He has also numerous TV comedy appearances, including The Comedy Channel Australia, The Nightwatchmen, Narrow World of Sports for Fox Sports Australia, TVNZ and TV3 Comedy Galas as well as acting on Rhys Darby's sitcom Short Poppies on Netflix.

Nick is also an established TV writer from 2014 - 2021, Rado was head writer for over 300 episodes (as well as recurring guest panellist) for TV3's award-winning topical news comedy show, 7 Days,
